Common questions

Planning a medical transfer?

These are the details families and case managers most often need at the start.

How do I arrange an ambulance from Singapore to Malaysia?

Contact our Singapore or Malaysia operations team by phone or WhatsApp. Share the patient’s current facility, destination, medical condition and a recent medical summary. We will assess the requirements and coordinate the appropriate transfer plan.

Can you transfer a ventilated or critically ill patient?

Critical care transport can be arranged after clinical assessment. The required medical escort, monitoring, oxygen, ventilator, medication and infusion support will be planned according to the patient’s condition and journey.

Do you cover Thailand and Indonesia?

Yes. MedPlus Global Assist coordinates suitable ground, air, ferry and medical escort options for cases involving Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, subject to local availability and regulatory requirements.

How quickly can a transfer be arranged?

Timing depends on the patient’s condition, hospital readiness, transport availability, border or immigration requirements and the distance involved. Urgent requests are assessed immediately by our 24/7 coordination desk.
